From the rap beef lately I think I've been more curious about ozempic. For the past years I didn't think it was good because of the side effects but I looked up natural remedies and I think I'm going to experiment and see which ones work. I saw some reviews of others taking them.

Keep doing the routines you got, the hard part is just getting started cuz I know it sucks to be sore for days needing to practice your dancing. Maybe you push yourself further to make your progress go faster. Eventually, you will have the muscle you're targeting getting firmer. Idk give it like 6 months without quiting. You're paying attention to your form - thats good. You got a trainer or helper at the gym - thats good. I would say you eat heathier more likely - thats good. Hope you're not stressed too much. How would you feel about leg lifts? I need to do them more myself. There's these two youtubers that I'm remembering just now that are about fitness: @BenCarpenter he does some factchecking and give general info @SoheeFit she does some demos and gives some info Before i got sick this month my gym got this new ab machine that makes you twist your body. That machine made me aware of some new muscle I had never worked out before. I started cramping sort of. It was funny cause I was like acting like I got punched on my side. Shoulder for me I think genetically it will take more effort because I want them to be higher. I think asians do better somehow with shoulders. When younger and growing up I was skinnier so once I got older like late 20's my body I think stopped hiding all visceral fat because I think it stopped finding places to hide it. I think yoga is good for that - for helping get rid of visceral fat. My chest feels different with doing high reps. I'm no expert I'm just here writing because I'm on break. You did a lot of takes in your dancing last night. New group looks good.
