Just starting listening to VOD about your back. I remember hurting my back but no sound. Its like I think I was being careless or something and maybe twisting my back too much. Other times it felt like my back was just not letting me move was when sick or I felt other organs hurt. I don't think its age, it just could be many things. I'm thinkng bad health for me started when sitting in front of desk too long. Its good that you have some journal to remember these things its very helpful for a doctor. Take care and you should probably wait about month before using the whip. When you use it you do have to twist your waist some bit so give your back some rest to heal. When recovered you can enjoy the pain and punishment again.
