I'm in Tier 4 COVID Lockdown in the UK... which basically means the only thing you can do is play guitar, drink beer, wrap presents... and wait for more Amazon deliveries. So - I thought I'd share what I've been working on. Today I've tabbed I Am One by Smashing Pumpkins. It's been requested so many times I needed to get it done! It's a beast... loads of layered guitars... but I think I'm just about there. Tabbing it is one thing... now I need to learn to play it...! That's another one to do over the Christmas holiday. Last day at work is tomorrow so plenty of time to record some great tunes.
I currently have 4 songs tabbed ready to learn and record:
- I Am One - Smashing Pumpkins
- Reel Around The Fountain - The Smiths (so difficult to play - Marr is a genius!)
- Can't Stand Me Now - The Libertines
- Dogs - Pink Floyd... (all 17 minutes of it!)
That's 4 tunes that say a lot about my music taste! Can't wait to record them... but need to finish work first so I can get time to record them. After that... what to learn next....???

Hope you liked it Christos! I'll get to Girl Afraid eventually... but I'm not looking forward to it! It was one of the hardest songs I've done. I have no idea how he ever played that live. The right hand has to be incredibly precise. Tabbing it will hopefully be easier than playing it!
