These are .dds files, which means they will need to be manually imported. It is required to already have the pre-existing scales imported, simply because these don't come with any files other than the diffuse.
- Open Textools.
- Select Character.
- Select Face.
- Choose your race and face number from the drop downs.
- Make sure you have the Diffuse selected.
- Go to Import at the bottom.
- Select Import From.
- Select the file.
