Just to bring more varieties and style to kick things up a notch, what sort of characters you'd want us to do and also, what sort of characters would make you to stick with us.
This way, we would understand better about the community and would help in picking up right characters for the poll going forward.
We love to hear your opinion. This will help us to deliver better content for you. It is a public poll, so feel free to participate in the poll.

It seems like the sfw models have less and less clothing. While I appreciate a pretty girl, it would be nice to put models on display for the family.

I would love to see somebody do more characters from novels, some of which have been turned into television shows. Like "Wheel of Time" characters or such. I get that not many people read anymore though, so anime and video games are certainly much more marketable. (I still think an Aes Sedai would make an awesome figure though LOL)

I still remember when i saw one of your first characters I was like I gotta have this! It's been amazing to see your progress too from your earlier models to now! It would be nice to bring that back sometimes and make some characters from similar newer games like Aether Gazer, Honkai Impact, Punishing Grey, etc. Particularly, more recent characters like Ying Zhao or Geng Chen from Aether Gazer is what I would love to see and haven't seen done by anyone else.

But the poses generally look pretty similar and then sometimes the base looks a bit like an afterthought. But OXO still puts a lot of effort into the base "scene" compared to others. Id just like to see more of a "story" visually

However, having said that, I too would be more interested in some throw back characters from the 90s instead of the flavor of the month that seems like four/five other artists release all within two/three months of each other.

I mean it's cool to do them from time to time, but when we have lesser known characters mixed in with all known, the well known is almost always gonna be picked, and it doesn't give those lesser known ones a chance. I also agree with different poses for the NSFW because it doesn't usually make sense to put them in action poses with no clothes or just breasts hanging out (and on that note, getting more than just breasts would also be nice)

What I like about OXO3D in particular is you don't always go for the predictable – that said, it surprises me that there aren't more sculpts of lesser-known but amazing characters who would make ideal subjects for the OXO3D 'style', like Barbarella, Purgatori, Draculina, Cassandra Anderson.

2024-04-11 17:14:49 +0000 UTCI like the classic-looking pin-up figures, such as those given as part of the loyalty programme, but don't necessarily find the NSFW variants especially interesting. I find the sculpts which are much more effective don't require nudity to be aesthetically or even erotically attractive. If there is nudity, then – as others have noted – it would work much better within the overall framing of the piece, as much classical art has over the centuries. There are plenty of studios that offer gratuitous nudity, but what marks OXO3D is the quality of the sculpts as they stand, and I would still subscribe if there were no NSFW sculpts.

I'm also not sure how many people asking for more 40k models in the comments here are aware how actively GW goes after anyone infringing on their IP, and I would vote less 40k models to keep OXO out of legal trouble.

In general I think many NSFW options don't look good, because they don't make a lot of sense. A bare breasted character that is otherwise fully clothed and in an action pose looks kinda silly to me. I would much prefer a NSFW model, that was created to be a pinup model. Also I think more overlooked characters that haven't been done by everyone by now is always a good idea. Whether it is movies, comics, anime, videogames, or other art.

A battle pose with swords or machine gun is fine when suited up, but doesn’t make sense with boobs hanging out. A different pose that is more intimate- private, seductive, etc, -would be desirable. Also more realistic breast sizes.

Also if there is a way to avoid making the same character as one that has been made before so other well known or not so well known characters can get some love cool. Having a Happy, Suprized, Angry, Action, etc. choices that suit the model for nsfw or regular poses. Example, the Mary Poppins was terrific. But I feel the nsfw version could have been more interesting with more... sassy head. Or surprised head. That's just my two cents. Either way, keep up the great work! Different poses has now mostly been replaced with the same pose but with missing clothing. I, for one, would much prefer fewer models but with more interesting variants.

I kinda wish there was a cheaper tier that didn't include the nsfw, cause ill never print those anyway. The quality of the models is great, it would be awesome if some more thought went into where the models are cut sometimes though. an example is a brick base a while back that was cut at an angle to the brick line, rather than being hidden by the brick line. It may be just me being pedantic, but it makes for a much nicer printing experience. Don't get me wrong, most are great, just a thought. I also love that you made a model of my profile pic, I have been using the artwork for years, so it's awesome to be able to print it! (Dunno where you came across it of course, most likely a coincidence) but thankyou!
