Journaling

I wonder if anyone feels as if it would be interesting for me to just start journaling? I don't listen to podcasts, but after my workout today I felt a little ill. So to calm my mind I went to my room and turned on my Headspace app and meditating. It felt so good not having my eyes fixated on a screen. I wanted to do more on there so I picked a podcast.

A lot of what they were talking about was finding comfort in expressing how they were feeling or allowing themselves to feel something they needed to feel. (I.e. going to a psychic (whether or not they believed in it) they felt like they got closure in someone's passing) one of the ladies mentioned that she journals. I wonder if that would be something I could start doing here. I want it semi private so I don't look crazy, but also maybe others can give me feedback on things I'm feeling or resonate with things that I'm going through in my life.

It's very hard for me to stay consistent with things, so if this doesn't work and you find it entertaining just let me know. So I can keep it up. I'm very open so I don't need it extremely private.
