Regarding the Change in Request Policy for the Zone:Zero Tier

Hello everyone! Thank you so much, as always, for your kind support.
Starting from September 2025, the policy for handling requests in the Zone:Zero tier will be revised as follows:

• Number of illustrations provided: exactly 5, in accordance with the minimum guaranteed number up until now. It will not exceed 5.

• Revisions will not be accepted.

• The only guaranteed aspect of requests is the choice of character.

Please note: You may still specify body type, pose, and other details as before, but extremely difficult poses may not be possible to reproduce. In such cases, even if I cannot fulfill specifications regarding pose or other elements besides character choice, the request will still be considered fulfilled, and in line with Patreon’s terms, refunds will not be issued. Please understand this in advance when joining.

Background of the Policy Change

Until now, although the minimum guarantee was always 5 images, out of goodwill I have been creating around 20 images per request. However, request work requires models, LoRAs, and special prompts that I don’t usually use, which demands a large amount of time. Producing 20 images means that an entire day of my production time is consumed solely by one request.

If 10 people were to join, then one-third of the month would be taken up by requests, making it very difficult to continue with my regular posts (20 images per day).

Special Measures for Current Zone:Zero Members

For those who are already subscribed to the Zone:Zero tier at the time of this announcement: if your next billing cycle is also at the $40 Zone:Zero tier, then for your next request I will still create around 20 images (up to 20, not exceeding that). This is a special measure out of deep gratitude toward current Zone:Zero members, a way of making one concession on my side.

Although creating more than the guaranteed number of illustrations was something I began out of goodwill, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this change.

For Those Who Still Wish to Have 20 Images Produced

For members who absolutely wish to receive 20 images per request, I plan to introduce a separate, likely high-priced tier. The reason for the high price, as you can imagine, is that if many people joined such a tier, it would become impossible to maintain regular posts. Therefore, the price will be set with the expectation that there will be 0–1 member at most.

In Closing

Lately, I often find myself thinking, If only I had more time… If only I could duplicate myself… As I shared in a recent announcement, I changed my production method to keep even long stories within Part 2, but in reality, the number of images per work has not decreased much. The production time hasn’t changed, but the posting cycle has become shorter. While I was aware of this when making the change, I didn’t expect my available time to become this tight.

Currently, I do not have even a single full day off. If I fall ill, I cannot keep up with daily posts, and even something like visiting my family’s grave requires heavy preparation with advance posts, which has made me feel some sense of crisis. Still, I fully intend to keep up with daily posts of 20 images as a given. I will continue doing everything I can to sustain my activities, and not just sustain them, but also raise the quality further.

This policy change is a decision made so that I can continue providing high-quality works to each and every valued member in the long term. I sincerely hope for your kind understanding.

This time, I’m afraid it’s not such a cheerful update—my apologies! By condensing and refining my work, I truly believe the pieces are gradually improving, and I hope you will continue to enjoy them.

2025年9月より、Zone:Zeroティアーのリクエスト制作の方針を以下の通り変更いたします。

• イラスト提供枚数：これまでの最低保証枚数の通り 5枚ちょうど。5枚より多くなることはありません。
• 修正依頼は不可
•リクエストに必ずお応えするお約束はキャラクター指定のみ

※体型や体位などの指定は今まで同様可能ですが、極端に難しいポーズなど再現できない場合があるので、そのリスクを鑑みてのルールです。体位やその他キャラクター指定以外のリクエストに応えられなかった場合でもリクエストには応えたこととみなされ、Patreonの規約通り返金等はございません。今後は以上を予めご了承のうえご参加ください。

方針変更の背景

これまでも最低保証は5枚でしたが、私の善意から20枚前後を制作してきました。
リクエスト制作は普段使わないモデルやLoRA、特別なプロンプトを用いるため時間的負担が大きく、20枚制作すると1日の中で制作できる時間がそれだけで終わってしまいます。もし10名が加入された場合、月の3分の1がリクエスト制作になり通常投稿（1日20枚）が困難になります。

現在のZone:Zeroメンバー様への特別措置

本記事投稿時点でゾーンゼロティアーに加入されている方については、もし次回の決済もZone:Zeroティアーの40ドルだった場合、次回分までは20枚ほど（20枚以下）を制作いたします。
これは本当に本当に大切な現Zone:Zeroメンバー様への感謝の気持ちとして、1つこちらが譲歩するという意味あいで特別対応とさせていただきます。最低保証枚数を超えた枚数の制作はこちらが善意で始めたこととは言え、今回の変更について深くお詫び申し上げます。

どうしても20枚制作してほしいという方は

今後、どうしても20枚制作を希望される方のために、別途おそらく大分高額なティアーを新設する予定です。高額にする理由は、お察しの通りそのティアーの加入者が増えると通常投稿が維持できなくなるためで、基本的には加入者が0〜1人くらいになるような金額を想定しています。

最後に

時間さえあれば…分身できれば…という考えがここ最近はずっと頭の中をめぐっています。
先日お知らせしました通り、長い作品でもPart2までにまとめるという制作工程の変更をしたのですが、実のところ1作品あたりの生成枚数はあまり変わっていません。制作にかかる時間はあまり変わっていないのに、作品を投稿するスパンが短縮されたような具合になっています。
これはもちろん分かった上での判断だったのですが、ここまで時間に余裕がなくなるとは思っていませんでした…。
現在、丸一日休む日は一日もなく、体調を崩しただけで毎日投稿ができなくなるような状況ですし、実家の墓参りに行くだけでも投稿作品などの事前準備が非常に大変なため少し危機を感じています。しかし20枚の毎日投稿だけは当然のように守るつもりなので、なんとか継続して活動できるよう、また継続するだけではなくクオリティを上げていけるよう色々整えていこうと思います。

今回の方針変更は、長期的に高品質な作品を大切なメンバー様お一人お一人に提供し続けるための判断です。
