Early Access - "That's Not Lego!" (2023/2024 Reboot), 48 Episodes

Back in 2014 I recorded four episodes as a test for a side project called "That's Not Lego" where the idea was I'd build some knockoff Lego sets and talk about the piece quality and stuff. The episodes performed well on the channel, but ultimately I did not pursue taping the series because I realized after doing a few episodes that finding things to talk about and fill time in an interesting manner was quite hard and I could only rely on doing the "sped up footage while amusing music plays" gag so many times before people would get tired of it. So That's Not Lego was shelved for the time being.

Nearly a decade passed and in that time I never actually stopped acquiring bootleg Lego stuff because I had this assumption that someday I'd figure out what to do with all of this. Come October 2023, while cleaning out the prop closet, I decided to do something about the boxes of knockoff bricks taking up a large amount of storage space. Every alternating Monday I replaced our normal Gatorbox &CHILL stream with one where I filled the entire clock with doing these sets live on the air. Being able to banter with chat was the trick to filling all that dead air.

Ultimately, 48 new episodes of That's Not Lego were recorded. However due to a lack of free time to devote to the project I wound up not getting the series edited and finished until fall 2024. Now, starting November 10th and running every Sunday after, a new episode of That's Not Lego will premiere on the Gatorbox YouTube channel. However, as a channel supporter you can watch the entire series in advance. All 48 episodes.

(More episodes will probably be added at some point in the future as Imporeo just recently sent me an entire box of bootleg sets from Australia and I've picked up a few more myself. Those will be added to this folder when they are done and I will post an update when that happens.)
