Should Goddess Day be a recurring event?

Yep! I think that each character's GD interaction is dependent on what level of affection you're at with them.

2018-09-24 16:25:10 +0000 UTCamount of hearts should matter when you meet with vicky or.. and more possibilities. maybe there could be some other bad luck charms or something that becomes permanent after. making stat rasing harder and other characters are starting to behave differently towards you.
