Hey guys!
Some of you asked for news since we didn't realize a month has passed since we launched the Patreon. When I saw your messages I thought "Wow. A whole month already. Never thought a month could be that short."
We were so excited by your great help so soon, so excited by all your kind messages here, on tumblr and reddit and all, that we took every minute we have to work on the game. We made tremendous progress this month thanks to all the energy you guys gave us. So you could guess that within this dynamic we just forget to give you some news. That's what we thought too.
But after thinking about it, we understood this wasn't what happened. We didn't write here because we feel all of you were right here, with us, looking at our progress over our shoulders. All of you are considered as team members by now.
What are we doing now?
The creation of the game has begun already a year ago. So the whole structure of the game is already written : the different places, the story, the characters...
In order to release a first alpha version, we decided to focus on a single character : Victoria MacDuff, a redhead independant futa also known as Vicky. She will be the first character you can end the game with.
So most of our tasks consist of creating everything her quest need to be available to go through: the places you have to go, the objects you need to own, and obviously Vicky herself.
The few months of development have been used to create the game technical environment. There is a lot of code to write before being able to navigate through the world, talking to people, go to bed waiting for the sun to rise again, etc.
What are the actual news?
As Vicky is working at the local irish pub, that's the place you'll meet her for the first time. My girlfriend is currently working on the background picture (ad when I say currently, I mean right now while I'm writing this post).
xxxx52 has worked on the intamacy artworks cenes you can have with Vicky's if you manage to get close enough to her but... we can't show it here. That will be the reward brave enough players will get ;) He also made a huge task by collecting and proofreading all the texts of the game!
Xalimata and PNQM are working on the dialog dates with Vicky, but also all the minor characters you'll have to meet trying to get closer to her:

Concerning my part, I worked on animating the characters, improving the early interface design of the game, finding or composing and implementing music to replace the placeholders ones we put last year, and developing the save & load system.
I didn't lie, this month was full of good progress on design, code, sound and characters dialogs.
We can't wait to release our very first version so you guys can try it :) We can't tell when it will be exactly since there is still a lot of work to do, but what we know is it will be faster than ever with your help :)
