October WIP & September Delivery Update

First: I’ve gotten quite a few messages anticipating the September postcard delivery, so let me settle your eager hearts and clarify that I am still waiting on the September postcards to be delivered to me.
Some of you may be aware of the shortages of labor and materials affecting many industries right now, relevantly including paper. My printing service is working as quickly as they can with what they have. Additionally, I took the care to request a hard copy proof of September’s card (which was worth it, as color adjustments were needed), adding a few days onto the process.
I expect the postcards to arrive on Tuesday, and myself and my workshop of little blackbirds in adorable aprons will be packaging them as quickly as possible and relinquishing them back to the postal service to be delivered to you. I am often lax about specifying when exactly they have gone out, but this month I promise I will take extra care to let you all know when they are on their way.
Next: as you can see above, October’s postcard is underway! This elegant, turn-of-the-century nonbinary couple are enjoying a costumed gala in one another’s company. Not yet pictured: Pumpkins aplenty.
I‘ve been calling the dainty witch on the right Jules (pronouns he, she, and they). Any suggestions for naming their devilish lover (pronouns vae/vem)? :P
