We're done with our foray to south western Sammaea and we're back to Llachatul - to get the last nations in the continent finished. These are the first two of 8(ish) maps left to finish off Llachatul, and once these are all done I'll set about updating the Atlas Elyden with all the maps I made since the last update, as well as a full index update, which is no easy task.
These two regions will be the focus of the next high-res and textless atlas map that will be published next week, exclusively for Acolyte patrons and higher.
The Encyclopaedia Elyden is already updated with all the relevant entries related to the regions and their history, so you can check them out there.
Thanks all for your support :)
As always, feel free to point out typos in the comments :)
A history of the region, taking into account some details specific to Phyrr, can be found below

A History of the Tishannan States
c. -1000 RM: the Tistani people scatter north from the ruins of ancient Nahoria, settling in what are now Tisara and Abattur.
c. -200 RM: the otherworlder Israphael dies, leaving behind an incorruptable body that is worshipped as a god by its descendants - specifically 3 matrilineal lines of uttrani halfbloods.
c. 1200 RM: immigrants from Amillaere (in present day Malan) flee cultural instability, moving east into western Tishanna. The mythohistoric figure of Andraste likely dates to this period, prior to her becoming deity in the region around a millennium later.
c. 1700 RM: the various people of the Tishannan region have mingled over the past centuries, and it is now a part of the Egetakhan Road, which brings newfound wealth to the region.
1853 - c. 1910 RM: the merchant houses of Tishanna secure trade deals with the Malani Hendecarchy of Deraeia and unite into a singular house by the end of this period.
1922 RM: the ruling merchant house marries into the Deraeian monarchy, establishing a new Tishannan Monarchy with close ties to Malan. This new dynasty celebrates the historical figure of Andraste and deifies her as a means of legitimising the new monarchy’s rule.
c. 2075 RM: to the west, the Lady Aegis of Amellaere finally establishes the kingdom of Malan, after years of conflict. This new stability is of a benefit to Tishanna, whose young monarchy enjoys renewed trade.
c. 2300 RM: the otherworlder Israphael, being the primogenitor of the uttrani people, plays an important part in Abatturi culture, and its stark alien body remains a central relic in their lands to this day, becoming the centre of a posthumous cult of personality that evolves into a religion by c. 2300 RM.
2461 RM: princess Shirat is born in Tishanna.
c. 2470 - 2511 RM: the Uttrani Schism in Abattur. Over the past centuries, the cult of personality that evolved around Israphael fractures into two distinct sects with growing differences that led to a cultural fracture that becomes known as the Uttrani Schism.
The schism leads to war with Tishanna following the accidental death of prince Utrin in 2509 RM. It repatriates uttrani from its lands, many of them were born there. The war ends in 2511 RM, with Tishanna forming a new republic (renaming itself Tisara), appropriating a long stretch of Abatturi territories and drawing up a new border between the two states that it polices.
2480 RM: Shirat is crowned queen of Tishanna following her father’s death.
2493 RM: Hachem, nephew of queen Tishanna, is born.
2502 RM: civil war breaks out in Abattur as differences between rival sects of the cult of Israphael escalate.
2509 - 2511 RM: prince Utrin of Useas is mistakenly killed, pulling Tishanna into the Abatturi civil war, which it wins in 2511 RM. Queen Shirat proves to be a beacon of rationality, preventing her armies from taking all of Abattur, though they instead appropriate a large strip of Abattur’s westernmost territories, turning it into a militarised zone, forbidding contact between the two nations as the eastern state recovers from the war.
2511 - 2513 RM: over the next two years, public opinion of the monarchy sours, leading Queen Shirat (childless and disillusioned with the monarchy) to establish a new constitution, founding the Republic States of Tisara, over which she and her descendants will reside as figureheads
2511 - 2614 RM: the people of Abattur repeatedly petition Tisara to relax its hold on their border. They finally persuade them to dismantle the military presence along the border. Tisara refuses to return territories that were annexed during the war, which leads to Abattur growing insular and cold to its neighbours in the west, keeping only the most basic of trade routes open Tisara ends up separated from the Egetakhan Road completely, which leads to it losing influence in the region, further worsening relations between the two states.
2515 RM: Queen Shirat of Tisara is assassinated by a monarchist and the throne passes to her nephew Hachem.
2576 RM: King Hacem of Tisara dies.
2681 RM: prince Sessemagart is born in Tisara.
2724 - 2729 RM: king Sessemagart of Tisara twists (some say bribes) most members of the republic council to his cause, through which he is able to found a short-lived empire with him as its head. He whips the populace, his lieutenants and the remaining lawmakers into a nationalist frenzy that leads to a short war with Abattur in 2729 RM.
2729 - 2730 RM: Tisara annexes Abattur following a year-long war. Sessemagart advocates education of all his subjects’ cultures and religions, establishes temples of disparate faiths in both lands, and encourages travel and trade across the two territories, with western cities welcomes uttrani migrants.
2776 RM: emperor Sessemagart dies, throwing the Tisaran government into disaray.
2776 - c. 2850 RM: Tisaran rule of Abatturi lands is wrought with difficulty, and following Sessemagart’s death, conditions in the eastern territories steadily worsen. Clashes between workers and overseers become more common, and cases of uttrani immigrants and their children clashing over differing ideologies are increasing by c. 2850 RM.
c. 2850 - 2913 RM: cultural and political differences in Tisara lead to rising tensions, with some cities experiencing growing gang cultures that lead to entire districts coming under control of particular groups, unsettling the economy and causing unrest across the nation.
This culminates in Abattur regaining its independence in 2913 RM, with the city of Lailla becoming its new capital. Many halfbloods (including some non-uttrani) are repatriated to Abattur, though some choose to stay in Tisara, forsaking their roots, becoming outcasts.
c. 2905 - 2913 RM: an uprising in the city of Lailla gains momentum, drawing other settlements to its cause over the coming months, leading to an assault on the Tisaran administrative centre of Netcha in 2908 RM. The uprising is quelled, with the instigators put to death, but fighting cannot be stopped across the former uttrani territories. The conflict escalates over the coming years, ending in a parley in late 2912 RM from which Abattur emerges an independent state in 2913 RM.
2913 RM: A plutocratic council of six representatives is established in Abattur – four uttrani and two humans – that rules for the next centuries, shepherding the nation into the modern age.
2936 - 3021 RM: following decades of waning confidence and a populace that has been rallying against the empire established by Sessemagart, the government collapses, leading to 8-decades of unease in which cities establish their own states. These are eventually brought together by well-meaning parties who re-establish the Republic States of Tisara in 3021 RM.
3201 RM: a major earthquake wracks the west and south west of Tisara. It is now known as the Seism of Asmarath, after a city that was levelled in the event. The quarry and mining-based economies of the region are left devastated as survivors flee north, repatriating to safer cities in a move that proves prescient.
3326 - 3353 RM: Abattur enters a war of resources with Mehitiel.
3411 RM: Sunstone deposits are found in the region of Vressela in Abattur, leading to technological innovations that bringin newfound wealth to Lailla.
3492 RM: A cultural revolution takes place in Abattur, leading to the collapse of the old government and the eventual rise of a new feudal technocracy, which is ruled by a technocrat.
3601 RM: a political revolution sees the establishment of a new republic in Abattur. The nation is divided into 26 districts, with each one represented by a senator who petitions a chair, based in Lailla, to set and alter legislature.
3823 RM: an even larger earthquake strikes southern Tisara, though relatively few people are killed.
c. 3920 RM: Abattur becomes a close ally of Loegress.
