Anyone up for an Elyden 'Choose your own adventure' or 'Fighting Fantasy' style serial?

I have an idea for a patreon-based gamebook style serialised story, similar to choose your own adventure books. I’d run it as a serialised story, with a couple of choices at the end that all patrons can vote on, guiding me through the next part of the story and so on. Certain specific votes would be available to specific tiers as perks of the tier, though for the most part voting will be open to all patrons, regardless of the tier.

I’m thinking of starting the story in one of the Shadow Marches, a pilgrimage that travels around the Inner Sea, ultimately heading south into Atramentally-corrupted territories deep in Kharkharadontis, with the ultimate goal of seeing the Undying Machine. Whether the character makes it there will be down to the decisions made in the story, and, honestly that's not really the goal.

I don’t have an endgame planned for this - indeed, I don’t have much planned other than the opener, since the way forward would be chosen by patrons.

I’m also toying with making the character by votes too, with the final selection having a bearing on the story in interesting ways.

If I get good feedback on this, I’ll probably start this after the new year and will post entities for it outside of my normal posting schedule, probably on weekends. I don’t plan on making each entry too long (I know people are busy and probably won’t read long blocks of text), so maybe no more than a few thousand words in most cases.
