Added 2016-10-22 09:16:02 +0000 UTCHere's an excerpt of the document I'm working on for the world. It's an attempt at making Elyden a bit more presentable to outsiders as I understand my approach can be a bit alienating to most people!
This is the first part of the PDF and includes a bit more concise depiction of the world's creation and the Demiurges' tragic backstory.
I'll add things including basic geographical backgrounds (continents, oceans, major mountains & forests), regional histories, Demiurge profiles and other religions, details of the mortal races and animals and other flora and fauna, as well as magical systems and more information on the world's corruption and dreamscapes and possibly guidelines for roleplaying in the world too. These will all be separate PDFs until I'm done, at which point I'll add them all up into one large document.
To those wondering, this is NOT the encyclopaedia Elyden and is instead an abridged version that's divided into sections that are more easily-digestible. This will be recognisable to anyone familiar with RPG sourcebooks, whereas the actual Encyclopaedia Elyden is MUCH larger and formatted more like a dictionary/encyclopedia
