I held the wounded form of Kiwi-chan in my arms back in Nacht Base with an angry frown on my face. We’d lost, we’d thrown everything we had at him and it wasn’t enough. He tore through everything and if that last attack was anything to go by he was holding back the entire time. 

“Damn it!” I punched the wall in anger. This Veil guy was actually making me have to fight seriously, and I still lost! I didn’t want to fight him, I just wanted to molest-train magical girls with my Aki! I clutched the sides of my head in frustration after setting Kiwi down against a rock.

“You know Baiser, if you really want to defeat Veil some other allies of ours are going to be returning soon. You’ll be able to double your forces and take him out in one fell swoop-”

I threw a glare to the mascot and cut them off.

“You said that last time as we still lost, what about these new allies is going to change anything?” Alice-chan sat next to me and pulled Venalita-san into her arms.

“You should train.” Train? I hadn’t even considered that . . . That sounded like so much work though!

“Nursing Shadow, fix her please.” The creature realigned her ribs with fluid motions after stabbing her with a syringe that made Kiwi-chan start drooling while her eyes went blank. Nursing Shadow had other syringes too, pink ones, green ones, red ones, a singular black one, and then the white one she just used.

“Is she going to be alright?” Alice-chan nodded, causing me to let out a sigh of relief at the new arrival. Alice-chan really was powerful. She could bring toys to life, which was pretty cool. Though I’d only seen other ‘Shadow’ like Nursing Shadow in Bubbling Shadow, the duck headed butler/bouncer guy who stopped Kiwi from getting hurt way worse.

“She needs rest, but she’ll live.” My fist clenched in anger. This was all Veil’s fault! 

“Vena-san, take me home. I want to eat dinner with my Aki!” Alice-chan lighty flinched at that for some reason and Venalita-san made the portal for me to step through.

I’d worry about Veil later, right now it was my Aki time!

Morino Korisu POV

As Magia Baiser walked through the portal I slowly turned my eyes over to Venalita with faint anger from Baiser’s previous comment still lingering.

“Do you think he was right about the Black Sea?” The mascot squirmed lighty in my arms as it snorted in derision.

“Absolutely not. The Black Rain would have already happened I’m sure, this world would have been frozen until the Black Sea finished its first wave of attacks at least. I’d have noticed that.”

Venalita was foolish, didn’t they know that Crimson Abyss-Sama could predict anything with his genius mind?

He simply perceived the world on a different level!

Akihiko Inoue POV

I couldn’t have predicted Utena coming over so quickly after her fight, but as I stepped out of the shower and into my room with a faint sigh. I started to throw on a new set of underwear as I considered what I’d do when she got here before chuckling at the thought.

The sound of a knock at the bedroom door drew my attention, I glanced over as my mothers voice came from behind the wood.

Could my chunni mode be considered another personality? I turned at the water as I bounced around the thought.
