This week has been heavy for me as I knew that my 13-year-old boxer (who my ex kept in a breakup a few years ago) was not long for this world. He passed today, and it is with a heavy heart that I share this photograph. People often ask me what my favorite photoshoot experiences have been. I can't really pinpoint one best, but there are several top moments, and this shoot with coach moon in Pensacola was up there. I wanted to shoot fashion with my goofy dog, and Maurice was such a clown. I swear he must have been watching me because he posed for every shot, except he kept wrapping his leash around me and tripping me. He is truly one of the most photogenic dogs I've ever met, and he killed it that day. RIP my sweet pup.
On a lighter note, I sent out all prints and mail out rewards today. Patrons $75+ I'll probably be getting selfie sets out on Sunday (possibly sooner, but don't worry, they are coming!). I'll post some polaroid scans tomorrow!

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's sometimes harder to deal with the loss of a pet than a person. Dogs really do love you unconditionally. My prayers are with you.
