While you are correct on the keys. It's possible that the keys are part of the plot! Nolan goes to the door and finds it locked and returns to the party Grace is getting cold and they return(could be immediately or maybe sometime later. This would be an opportunity to ask her what happened. Depending on how fast they return Dora could be just getting out of the shower and opens the door for them. There's a number of variations on this. If Nolan finds the door unlocked then possible Nate had encountered Dora as she was unlocking it and it was unlocked. This has a number of variations too. Nolan get the jacket and returns to the party... Grace and him party a bit longer and return and Nolan keeps the secret. There is an opportunity for a lie to be told if Grace ask him if he saw Dora and he lies about it and says yes. This sets up a situation of Dora having a idea that Nolan saw something. There are many branches that could lead to Grace questioning Dora later or Dora confessing to Grace. Dora has contempt for Nolan so she may have a motivation to corrupt Grace. Nate too may spill the story to Nolan, bragging about his conquest of Dora. Nope, I think Antartica77 left it for plot reasons.

Great story in the next chapter we need to see if he is going to tell his wife what he saw if you do a slight rewrite of this tell us how he got into the apartment without the keys to get Grace‘s jacket. Maybe he saw her pants laying on the living room floor and he took the keys out of her pocket. Then the slut wife would know she had been found out. So how does Nate get to fuck Grace because if her boyfriend doesn’t tell her about it and out her friend, how is he going to manipulate her into fulfilling his fantasy, if Grace doesn’t know what a great fuck Nate is? I have noticed in some of your stories that you do not quite connect the dots from just little things, remember, he had given the friend the keys to the apartment and Grace expected her friend to be at their apartment. So how did Nate get her into bed so quickly you left out what would be the most interesting part, even so much more interesting than the description of Nathan finding him fucking Grace‘s friend?
