The Future of TNT
Added 2024-01-19 16:24:04 +0000 UTCSo a number of you have unfotunately been displeased with the direction I've decided to take in regards to TNT 10. I kinda warned in 9 that this was going to happen, but I feel I have to address it again. TNT 10 and beyond will probably break the genre cliches of NTR and go in a direction that is much more up my own alley. So if that is not enough, I'm gonna go ahead and explain a bit in what way, but beware:
BEYOND HERE THERE MAY BE SPOILERS
So I alluded earlier to alternate timelines from part 3, a lot of you may have gotten the hints as to what this may be, but instead I figured out a way I might slot this into place as a season 2. It was sort of always the plan to write in this direction, but in a reboot type situation. It is still NTR, I would say, but more netorase than netorare, if anything. I don't really like to be bound by the rules of a genre, but that would probably be the closest. That being said, I've received a bunch of positive feedback, and I am truly glad for that, as the coming parts has been a blast to both write and map out, tweak and so on.
My Neighbor will likely pick up the 'regular' NTR mantel around here. I'm not sure how I ended up writing back to back in a genre that I don't consider my 'home' but you guys seem to enjoy them so as long as I see a reason to make more, I guess I will continue to do so. My Neighbor is so far planned for from 4-7, with a possible new quad or trio of parts beyond that.
Other than that, some significant planning has been done for project "Trophy Couple". I tend to plan meticulously, so it is still a bit down the road until some real writing, but this is something that may pop up here in the near to distant future.
Back to TNT: to make the difference clearer from 1-9 of TNT and 10-16(or more) more obvious, it has been suggested a new title, which I agree is a good idea. I have some in mind, like "Greener pastures" or "Josh and Kimberly's Adventures," but so far nothing have really popped. Suggestions(even if you have no idea where it is going) are appreciated.

I also realize this isn't something a lot of folk are interested in, so if so, thanks for all the support if this is where we part ways. For the remaining folks, thank you as well. Spending so much time in these worlds and sharing them, then getting such magnitude of support is still something I can't fully comprehend with anything but a lot of humble gratitude.

2024-01-23 09:41:36 +0000 UTCPerhaps everyone has their budget for what they're willing to pay for stories and authors. Perhaps this gives them a right to stop paying if they don't like the story lines or author. That's fine. As for me, at the high level I subscribe with, its because of the quality of the author's writing of which many have already written of how well he writes. And with that, I trust the author to continue to develop a story line and its arcs. It seems to me that with great authors like Antactica77 and Don Silver, for example, readers can't wait for the next installment of a series and they complain about the wait on Discord. And because the writing has different directions and arcs in which the story can go, during the writing delay we as readers fantasize and forecast and hope that the next installment may go the way we imagine. Sometimes it doesn't. And when it does, or at least comes close, we pat ourselves on the back as being so clever. But that's the joy and excitement we get as readers of great authors. So complaining that 'this isn't what I paid for' is a cheap shot on any one of many installments in a lengthy series, and such objections certainly could be written in more constructive terms as suggestions rather than threats to unsubscribe. Does the author really think "oh goodness I'm gonna lose $20 if I don't write what so-and-so says!"? Trust the author, or just unsubscribe and move on.

2024-01-23 04:40:42 +0000 UTCyeah you have all the right to take the story to the direction you want it to, but that´s not what I subbed for either, it was a great run from chapters 1 to 9 and I hope we can someday revisit that kind of story with kim. So, what would you like to write regarding the alternate timeline?
