Stickers and thank you cards - a question

Hey everyone.

Finally found a sticker/card company that doesn't just steal money (long story) and have now sent the orders off to the printers. As I was considering next steps, encountered an issue.

The plan originally was, once Covid had blown over myself and Ashleigh would meet up in person and write out all the thank you cards together and keep doing that because in better time we would see each other at least once every few months. By the looks of things it will be a VERY long time before we can get in the same room again.

As such, all the cards will probably be written and signed from me alone on behalf of Ashleigh and the rest of the team. This isn't how we wanted this to go, but don't see any other options.

Is this cool? If most people say it isn't then I can delay posting the cards out until we can both be in the room. Did consider posting them to Ashleigh to sign and then she would send them on but that would essentially double the costs for postage and that doesn't feel like the best way to essentially use your money.
