 Few things. The UFO video goes up later today. We’ve had lots of lovely comments from you here on Patreon, howeverrrrrr…. It would be brilliant if you could comment on YouTube too – especially over the next 24 hours. It makes all the difference to getting the thing pushed out, and we’re already up against it being December, which isn’t always the best month for views.

Secondly! I’ve released Songs In The Key of Digitiser early – I thought it might get a few extra sales if I put it out the day the video goes up. I’ve actually added a bonus track – a thing I wrote that was intended to be some kind of Christmas song, but ended up as something else. It’s got sleigh bells in it at least. You can listen to it above for nowt. 

Anyhow – the full album can be purchased or listened to here for a mere £7 – and you get an hour of Digi music… including a track that Sanja can’t listen to because it gives her anxiety. Some of it is quite ambient and atmospheric, some of it is pretty and mellow, some of it is upbeat, some of it is sad – but all cherry-picked so that it flows like a coherent full album. I think it’s quite good. Thank you! All purchases go towards Christmas.

I’m especially pleased with the production and mixing, which I think I’ve finally nailed. Though honestly… a couple of the tracks aren’t quite as polished and lush, as they were mixed before mixing and mastering properly clicked for me (as a bonus, that also meant I could salvage the UFO video sound). I still included them because I like them.

 Lastly! If you’re a Digi Level 2 backer at the appropriate tier, you’ll be getting the outtakes sometime this week or next – there are literally HOURS of footage, including loads of completed segments, so it’ll make up for there not being a full episode this month. I’ll also get the UFO outtakes to the upper tiers too.

Today is likely – hopefully – my final day job day for the year. We’re away in Brighton this weekend seeing one of my daughters, and the others are here next week with the grandsons, so I’ve had to work my sweet hairy butt off this week to clear the decks. I’m knackered, especially with it coming on top of the UFO edit. Nevertheless, Sanja and I would still like to do something Christmassy, or End-of-Years-y, even if it’s just a Patreon chat, once we've got the house back to ourselves.
