WHAT'S COMING YOUR WAY...

Hello, gang. Hope you all feel rested after the last couple of weeks. As Christmases go, it passed without too much stress. After all the build-up and prep, we managed to take some proper time off over the last week, and it was much needed.

So! Onwards!

We're aiming for the first ep of Digi Level 2 by the end of this month, but there should be a sort of 'prequel' later this week on the new channel. Which is our old second channel, with a rebrand: https://www.youtube.com/@DigitiserLevel2

Some of you have asked where Digitiser2000.com has gone. In all honesty, I'm not sure what to do with it. We had some German company demanding money for an image we used on there years ago, which sort of reminded me of its existence. They've gone away now, but I'm still not sure whether I want to keep paying for a site I don't really use... or if I want to use it as a sort of portal to Digi Level 2.

Certainly, I now see Patreon and the YouTube community tab as the hubs for any updates I want to make. So, I'm thinking about next steps for it. It's a weird time, since Twitter/X became unreliable for posting news (if you don't want to pay Musk for the privilege at least).

Anyway, on the main channel... our New Year's Q&A will likely go out next week (last call for questions; we've already had some great ones, and the leftover ones will be a Patreon exclusive video - post them in the comments if you have any). 

Following that, we've got a long list of videos we intend to make across this year - some of which are time sensitive, as we want to visit some weird festivals and events - and we have the next couple of months pretty firmly planned.

The first one will be a bit more serious, more along the lines of the Sellafield video - which has done remarkably well for us - but will be followed up by one that's completely ridiculous.

We're also open to ideas from you for videos we can do.

I'm feeling weirdly optimistic about this year. I say weirdly, because - like many of us - I usually start January feeling pretty down and anxious about what the year might hold. Instead, I'm excited about the possibilities. We've been through the wringer in recent years, but there have also been SO many lovely surprises, so much kindness come our way, that I've come to trust in the not knowing.

Anyhow. We're overdue a Writer's Club and a Biffo's Brain. We've got a BYAMPOD bonus ep and some Monty's Mum outtakes still to get you.

Biffo's Brain we'll do this Thursday at 7.30pm, if you're in that tier. Make a note of it now.

We did considering doing a live stream on Sanja's birthday on Saturday, but it feels a bit too early in the new year. I'm still trying to drain a gallon of Bailey's out of my system.
