2025-02-05 10:49:43 +0000 UTCwhat's beautiful about that jam session/mindfuck that happened between FKA Twigs and Imogen Heap is the fact that they both felt comfortable to just create together and even though FKA Twigs isn't as familiar with the Mi.Mu gloves, Imogen encouraged her curiosity and desire to create in that moment. Truthfully I don't think I've ever seen Imogen have a collaborative Mi.Mu session before. Now I just want a whole album of them together! I hope FKA Twigs utilizes the Mi.Mu gloves in the future! Watching this video was watching a fantasy come to life!

2025-02-03 03:13:01 +0000 UTCOkay so I’m gonna get a little deep into the twigs lore here (as a longtime fan, began following her career in 2010)— Twigs is currently in a legal battle following her abusive relationship with Shia labeouf. They were together from 2018-2020. He abused her physically, emotionally and sexually so relentlessly and violently that her doctors told her it completely rewired her nervous system. according to her lawsuit, at one point he essentially left her for dead at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Seeing the themes and process behind this album tells me she has worked to ground herself back into her body, her joy, her childlike wonder, her humanity and her art. On the occasions she had spoken about surviving the relationship, she speaks with such wisdom and poise. Not to be parasocial with it, but hearing this album knowing what she’s been through, comparing it to Magdalene (which was a breakup album about Robert Pattinson her former fiancée) and seeing the way she has truly metamorphosed into a otherworldly being with so much empathy and awareness, it brought me to tears many times. I am so proud of her and can’t wait to see her on tour this year.

Thanks Troy! and THE session was mind-blowing🤯 just finished it and wanna put it here that I also don't want Eusexua to be like Brat in terms that it's so mass people who don't get it try to find definition. Eusexua is like iykyk.
