DIGI & BYAMPOD UPDATE - PLUS STEVE HOGARTH VIDEO INTERVIEW
Added 2022-10-21 15:25:39 +0000 UTCWell, we were poised to get back to a normal schedule, but because it never simply rains... earlier today - the day after my dad's funeral, for pity's sake - my mum was taken by ambulance to hospital.
Sanja's waiting up there with her now, giving us updates, while I wait to pick her up. They think it's *just* a chest infection, and that she's probably exhausted because of the stress of the past few days, but we're waiting to hear more. Regardless, she's very poorly.
Suffice to say, this wasn't something any of us needed today of all days, and - frankly - 2022 can fuck right off. 'Scuse my French, but I've had enough now.
Anyhow, it does mean that our planned schedule has been thrown up in the air. We weren't able to get BYAMPOD and Writer's Club done today as intended, and though we're hoping that we'll still be able to shoot the Digi Halloween Special on Monday as planned, we'll have to play it by ear to a degree.
Nevertheless, hopefully this will tide you over for the minute. It's the video version of my interview with Steve Hogarth. Barring the bit at the beginning that he asked me to remove, and some waffle at the end, it's un-edited - so expect a few more pauses in there than the podcast version. But hey; it's all the more raw and real!
I'll keep you updated with what's happening regarding everything else once we know what's going on with mum. Sorry, everyone.
