PATREON EXCLUSIVE: DIGI LIVE & LIVE UPDATE

In lieu of there being a video last week... here's an exclusive for all of you. Annoyingly, I've got a feeling it's every so slightly out-of-focus. Which might mean that the main video we shot this week is also slightly-out-of-focus. And that would be rubbish.

Anyway. If that is the case, it might mean we have to skip another week of main video this week. Really sorry. I try never to go two weeks without one. But I'll keep you posted.

Anyhow, I started off trying to be jolly in this video and talk about Digi Live etc... and then sort of failed. Sorry. Feel like a stuck record.

I'd be more than happy to help set up/pack up if you need the assistance of a very sweaty man!

Things will eventually sort themselves out jobwise even though at the moment this does not feel the case. I have had to contend with losing my job after working at a place for 23 years, only to find out that not only were they closing thanks to BBC news and my mum calling to see if I was alright before being told personally (as they could not find my phone details - utter pish that was) to move closer to London AND with the move deciding that they no longer need the job I was doing on a daily basis as now anyone could do it - turns out this was a disaster for them for quite some time so that was a very minor victory for me. Then there was the job I had for over 5 years when the Covid stuck, worked from home `to help them out` and then they *discovered* how much they could save by cutting their numbers and combining those who had not helped them out and stayed on with many of us not getting that choice, only to talk with a fellow worker who I had worked with on a daily basis who had stayed on see how things were and getting a `I'm alright Jack` in return - that leaves a very bitter taste in your mouth. I can fully understand being jaded.

Sorry to hear about your dad, Geoffrey. It's so tough when stuff like that happens to people we love. We'll be keeping you in our thoughts. xx

You both really help us all so much as well (so, thank you!)! And even you just telling us how life is right now for you both is interesting - entertaining, even (with the way you put some things), but of course sad, and we're hoping that things do get better soon (so, far beyond a microscopic level!). It is also definitely helping me right now, as my dad is also in hospital after things (which haven't been great for some time (dementia...)) took rather a turn last Friday. Anyway, regarding what you said about the rejection for that full-time job possibly being a good thing, given you recently mentioning that you like to have many things to do at a time, a "conventional" job might not be ideal. Could any of your fellow YouTubers utilise your talents with graphics and editing, etc.? Nostalgia Nerd recently was appreciative of someone on here offering to connect him to people who can edit videos, so maybe that could be a thing? Hope you have a good rest of the week!

I was watching/listening without my glasses on, so no point in asking me if you're in focus

The Amazing Cliff

Out of focus camera reminds me of that block of vids with you and Gannon where it was in and out of focus so its a fun throwback πŸ˜…β€οΈ

BeasBotBonanza

Not sure if actually out of focus or just recorded in 480p πŸ€”

You help us through rough times, and I think I’m not alone as I say, I/we want to help you guys through your rough time in anyway we can. By comments on blogposts, giving a little extra or just by listening to you venting a little bit. Love you guys πŸ’–

Happy to help with show setup if and when necessary. Don’t worry about dour content fatigue. Hope to commission a painting soon. Also, free accommodation for Somerset ghost hunts always open. :)
