"Clancy" - Twenty-One Pilots *FULL ALBUM STREAM*

We dive head first into the lore of Dema and Tranch before we head into the new Twenty-One Pilots record "Clancy". This was the first time hearing the boys in a few years and I had a blast being re-introduced to the band throughout the album. Of course, the album review will be on AOTY a bit later as I sit with the album some more but please, tell me your favorite songs off the project and why you love them. I also would love to clear up any confusion I had with the lore so please feel free to educate me in the comments. And once the last music video is out, we can have a little marathon on stream.

Trench is this magical, worldly experience and I think this album is a bit more honest, direct and close to the vest. I vibe with each in different, special ways. It was amazing, it was the kind of show you just don’t forget, from the music to the performance it was the best. Even my dad who went with us (who has gone to a lot of concerts) classifies it in his top 3 and he doesn’t even like the band that much.

(Not going to talk about that 😂) And they straight up crowd surfed the ENTIRE drum set into the crowd of feral early 20s students against University instructions and we had a fuckin blast, Tyler and Josh are unhinged and I love it. I'm sure they have toned down but that was a great time circa 2015/2016

Loved this band since before vessel, they truly pulled both my brother and I out of our darkest times, and have matching tattoos in honor of them |-/ we were raised as pastors kids so this band was so special, because it recognized what faith meant to us but also Tyler’s so easily shows the struggle with his anger and confusion with God and the actual depth of where depression can take you with that along with the trauma and shit life throws at you. Such an amazing band with a beautiful message. Thank you for sharing🫶🏼

So that’s a way you can watch all the MV’s (except paladin strait). Also Routines In the Night is my fav song on the album. the flow is just too good

Based on the stream comments and discord votes I think we would love a trench stream, but if you did a patreon exclusive lore vid beforehand (someone linked a Reddit post I think, there’s also stuff on discord) it would be helpful to understand both trench and Clancy! Or even just reading it without an actual vid - a Lot of stuff happened leading up to trench and it was honestly the most excited I’ve ever been for an album because of it (coming from a lifelong swiftie). After the stream earlier I think at the risk of feeling dumb might be one of my favorites but definitely feeling ready to dive back in because of all the positivity today!
