"Lemonade" - Beyoncé *FULL ALBUM STREAM* + New Music Friday

She was the baddest y'all... y'all should really watch Jujutsu Kaisen, it's one of my favorite shows airing now. But then we listened to the NEW Beyoncé track MY HOUSE and then a little new/old Taylor release with You're Losing Me. THEN FINALLY MY SECOND BEYONCE ALBUM! Y'all this was a trip and THIS is a concept album my god. I'm so glad I was finally able to sit down and get down with Queen B again this year. From what I can tell this isn't the fan fave when it comes to albums but maybe more of the era was iconic from Lemonade. So with that being said, which Beyoncé album should we tackle next year?

You won’t regret it. Also Renaissance the Movie Film will be available on digital streaming platforms February, so you could react to it by then. I watched it and it was out of this world😭🙌

Beyoncé is my most favorite artist and she has been since like 2006, so seeing you listening to Lemonade and appreciating all the little things in the songs is making me ecstatic!

A handful of DC songs and her solo singles are often on my hype music playlists. As a New Orleans lover, I ate up everything about Lemonade. It’s so different from what was/is expected of Beyoncé as an artist — and she killed it. I’d love for all of her music to incorporate rock and blues elements.

2023-12-04 09:29:44 +0000 UTC2016 was such a cultural reset for music. this album, there was Frank Ocean Blonde, and Lady Gaga also released Joanne which was kinda alike lemonade in that it played around with different genres and sounds that weren’t as common in pop at the time. that album also holds a very special place in my heart. maybe one day you’ll have the chance to listen to it :)

Lemonade is tied for my favourite with Renaissance. Though I prefer the sound and spirit of Renaissance, lemonade’s concept and arc is just so masterfully done. Definitely should watch (react, please?) to the visuals for this album! For next year, I’d suggest homecoming (you can watch the movie on Netflix) as well as the self titled, and also the gift (the album she made for the release of the lion king live action movie) 👌🏻
