Hope you all enjoyed the Halloween Special. We're all a bit taken aback by how well it turned out, given that the biggest highlights - the ghost-hunting sections - were pretty much done on the fly. We hadn't even planned the first part; that just came out of Sanja wanting to take a picture of me next to the haunted gates, for the Digi Instagram - and we just kept going from there.
We realised that with the restrictions in place, doing some outside filming also meant we could get Gannon involved. Unfortunately, it looks like that's the last time we'll be able to get together for at least a month, with Lockdown 2 imminent, but we'll aim to get him on a webcam.
Rest assured, it has given us some confidence about doing more on-location videos. We learned a fair bit from doing them, but it has opened up a whole new potential avenue of stuff.
I've said that if - and it's a big IF - I ever do another crowd-funded campaign, it'll be for something like an extended series of Digitiser's Supernatural World, like a road trip. Either way, expect more in the future. And thank you for making all this possible, as always.
Anyhooo... my brain is mush after editing that epic episode, and then yesterday I stupidly did an extra-long ep of our BYAMPOD podcast, so I don't think there'll be another new Digi this week. So, I need to recover, and I also want to give the Halloween special a chance to breathe before replacing it with another video. However... we're already thinking about a Christmas special in a similar vein. I mean, we need something to look forward to, right?

If Jones Soda does the Thanksgiving dinner soda pack again, I vow to send it to you. If only because I really want to see Biffo have to drink Green Bean Casserole soda on camera.

2020-11-08 16:09:11 +0000 UTCI loved the location pieces as SCHWENCK has taken on a life of its own but I will admit I was bupassing the `Scary`story segments as I felt they were were the weakest parts of the show (I know some people loved them but for me they just left me cold) and I would love to see an edited version with just the Ghost hunting. Should he day come that another crowd funding campaign comes into being, I will gladly put some cash in as I missed out last time and I sure will not be missing out again.

I might be making a whimsical special something to send to the PO Box in time for Yuletide shenanigans, but I'll take a photo of it with Muriel first when she arrives! (I'm half-expecting photographic destruction in the style of Ghostbusters II though...) Also, SCHWENCK!

The dynamic the three of you have is so good, it made me laugh so SO much. Flawless stuff. I would fall over myself to contribute to a Kickstarter-related thing for more of that. Anyway, enjoy your well deserved break, I'm off to shout "Schwenck!" at some bushes.
