As irritating as it was that they didn't get together as soon as 'I like you' was said, I am honestly glad that they didn't. Hear me out: An had doubts and insecurities about why Bai Lang said that and brought it up. Instead of getting together and letting the doubt fester. The Senior's intentions were good, but the way he did it makes it look like he was trying to push Bai Lang away from An instead of what he actually intended. I love this show so much. It has so much development for the main characters, not the side couples, but the story flows well. You may be confused at first but as you watch, it all clicks into place.
