Winhanced Early Access Update 1.016 - Patch Notes

**New Features & Enhancements**

- Added support for Epic Games installed library

- New Database System: This update introduces a revamped database schema, which will trigger a fresh game scan upon installation.

- Enhanced Metadata: Winhanced now utilizes the Winhanced Web API for improved metadata handling and game recognition.

- Desktop & Game Mode Toggle: The Windows icon on the taskbar now allows you to switch between Desktop Mode and Game Mode seamlessly. (not full shell support, this is coming later)

**Controller Improvements**

- Virtual Controller Fix: Resolved an issue where pressing and holding a button, then pressing another button, would cancel the first button input.

- Expanded Controller Support: Added support for devices with embedded controllers recognized as Xbox 360 controllers, improving compatibility with unknown devices.

- Legion Go Fixes: Addressed double input issues in some games and resolved cases where no controller input was detected in certain titles.

**UI & System Improvements**

- Taskbar App Switching: Improved logic for a smoother and more intuitive experience when switching between apps via the taskbar.

- UI Freeze Fix: Resolved an issue where the UI could freeze, making it seem like the controller was unresponsive.
