Consistency or quantity?

Something that AI has a hard time with is consistency. For example, in a series of 8 images, the character will have a different breast size in each one, different hair style, background details, etc. There are many things that change from generation to generation, and it is by far the most time consuming part of the process. I try hard to present a logical narrative in the scenes , such as if a character gets a facial, she still has it in the next scene, and so on. I frequently have to generate hundreds or thousands of similar images to maintain my standard of consistency.
I have been snooping around other Patreon AI content producers, and I notice some that are generating a lot higher quantity than I do, but their sets lack consistency. I want to know if this is important to you guys, and if I should try this method as well. This would make the scenes less time consuming to make, which means I can make them more often, and make them larger, at the cost of some consistency between the images.
(Note that this does not affect image quality such as size, details, etc. This is purely about consistent parts from one image to the next.)
