Will Answer A Lot of Questions You Had About Fisker and Ocean Ownership

It was certainly an eye opening story. Will was great to talk to

Great get securing this interview Adam. Nice thorough job with both questions and with giving Will runway to share. If I were still an owner paying into FOA, I’d be pretty upset…

There were 3 costs: T-Mobile, The Cloud, and The IP. There were 3 funding sources: The Trustee, AL, and FOA. FOA made the initial IP payment. FOA agreed to split the rest of the costs with AL after the Trustee made its contribution. Until Wednesday, the FOA paid nothing. The contact for Indigo is oceanloop@fiskerinc.com

Wow, Adam — great program. Great to hear from Will and to learn who and what Indigo is really, rather than the snippets of information that have been shared with the Fisker Ocean owner community to date. Curious timing, though, in that AL and Indigo cut off connectivity to non-AL vehicles two days before Will was supposed to appear on an FOA town hall to share this same (or similar) presentation. The town hall is still taking place, but with Will as a no-show. Really helpful to hear his perspective and to hear that they are willing, going forward, to make the Fisker Cloud and ongoing support available to Ocean Owners, which does sound appealing — but really want to find out at how much of an ongoing cost? $50 a month, $100 a month, … or what exactly? Time will tell I suppose. Reading between the lines it seems to me that the Bankruptcy Trustee really tried to shift as much of the infrastructure costs for in support NHTSA -mandated recall OTAs to the non-AL owners. Fiskered again!
