Mystic eyes are a form of supernatural power concentrated in the eyes, and its a kinda power that lots of characters in the nasuverse possess (The nasuverse is the fate universe, which tsukihime is in, among other works written by Kinoko Nasu). So yeah, Aoko is not related to rider. Aoko's sister, shiki, and rider all posses a different kind of Mystic eyes. Hope this wasnt too confusing and cleared it up a lil. Frankly, im shit at explaining stuff
