Have you ever wanted to design your own unit?

We are announcing a new contest! With the upcoming DLC and 3.0 update we are looking at SFO III and it is making us want to address some of the roster issues. Right now some of the factions have very small rosters in WH3. So we are adding new units mainly to Kislev, Cathay and Ogres. We already made some units that are to be revealed soon. But what is more important is that we would like you also to participate in this. Like it was done in the past, we are giving you a chance to make your own unit in SFO: Grimhammer III!

What can you submit?

It can be an idea or straight up unit mod in steam workshop but it has to be yours, and originality plays a large role. It has to be a generic unit designed for Grand Cathay, Kislev or Ogre Kingdoms. But you can also give ideas for Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch or Slaanesh.

Rules?

Everyone gets one submission per faction (to a total of three, Grand Cathay, Kislev & Ogre Kingdoms) but you don’t need to submit one for each faction, you can choose to change your submission within reasonable limits and only your last submission is valid. Rewards?

If you win your unit will be adopted into the unit roster in SFO: Grimhammer III, and should you wish for it a name you choose (usually your own, and within limits) will be added to the randomly generated character name list.

This contest will go from the 03/04/2023 until 4 PM CET 13/04/2023, no submissions will be taken after this date. The results and the winner will be announced on the next SFO: Grimhammer III update announcement. Good luck!
