It has been quite a few years since I watched this, and I've honestly forgotten most of it, so it's a good excuse for a rewatch. And yeah it's kinda weird/funny how Akane seems to be completely oblivious to how anything works despite having underwent police training lol. What did they even teach her? Well the old enforcer did say to throw out anything she learned from there cuz this is the real world, but still :'D
