Well this is when Karli goes from being a freedom fighter to a terrorist. I get her anger towards the higher ups, but killing does not solve anything it’ll just make more people against her. Walker’s lines and his behavior are so questionable. I think he needed to have been mentally checked before signed up to be Captain America. He is too much of a soldier, not a good man like Steve. As for the serum- Bucky’s was design by Zola and Steve’s by Erskine. Bruce Banner’s serum was a similar super soldier serum, but Bruce was thinking the science behind the serum was based on gamma rays which is why he was affected greatly different than the others. Bruce and Red Skull could be great examples as to why there shouldn’t be any more super soldier serums as it can go wrong in many ways.
