X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) Full Movie Reaction

Well there is..either it is one or there are several comic books were the two universes do crossover. I mean there’s crossovers of Batman and Scooby-Doo, which i mean they are both owned by Warner Bros. Lol, which may mean Harry Potter exists in those two worlds.

amazing how MCU fits both X-Men and Avengers in the same universe or share different universes but is still connected somehow. we get so excited seeing old characters coming in new movies. i am seeing a whole different movie one day.. that DC will meet Avengers somehow. btw we love you attention to detail on this one.. spot on!

Loved the reaction, this movie was so well done the score, having both the old and new characters interact and show up on screen. If you get a chance you might look up the Rogue cut version, it is preferred by many fans. You could easily go on to Youtube and look for the clips, honestly it really makes the movie better. 19:00 I think the past Logan(73) is just after leaving Victor and the other members of Stryker’s group and before he meets SIlverfox. If going off the Origins Wolverine. Because during OW Stryker comes across Victor and Logan in Vietnam. 41:35 in the Rogue cut, there is a little girl who I think they meant to be Polaris, one of Magneto’s kids but in comics she isn’t a Maximoff. Then the girl and Peter’s mom tells the girl to go upstairs and play with her sister, the sister most likely Wanda. So even though they weren’t able to say Wanda’s name we do get the idea that she is in this universe as well. I do like this Quicksilver in powers and personality compared to MCU. I hope they bring him in for when the X-Men show in the MCU. Oh did you know the person Magneto was trying to stop from killing JFK was Bucky Barnes aka Winter Soldier. It happens in the comics. The ending scene, you see four people on four horses there is only one answer as to who they are. Yes sometimes other stories play off them, but the general thing they represent is THE Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. I do like how they handled Charles in this movie. It felt great that he experienced such an intense depression, because unlike Magneto he hasn’t had too hard of a life. Erik has had to deal with pain and trauma longer than Charles, so when Charles not only loss his adoptive sister, but also his legs it is reasonable he would fall so hard. I do wonder how the Charles before this had managed to get out of the depression. Because the future Charles never said how, maybe when he heard Mystique had been captured and tortured?

yes guys i know the ending might be little confusing. Just think about the Avengers endgame movie. what did the avengers do to stop thanos? they time traveled to the past and stopped him from collecting the stones so the events of avengers infinity war never happened. same here. you will get a clear picture in the next movie X-men apocalypse (2016)

I can see where Hannah thought tbf she was hinting, rather than spoiling, but there's a fine line between both. Agree with the ''No spoilers'' it ruins it completely for others.

You'll have to wait for Ms Marvel and Wakanda forever in a sense, but Kevin Feige clarified that mutant is a real genetic term, but that Marvel does indeed know how they’ll be introducing one of Marvel’s most famous teams. Deadpool has already introduced the X-men and Wolverine. Wolverine will be in Deadpool 3 like he was in Deadpool 2 at the end credits. Deadpool has also mentioned Hawkeye and Thanos :) (albeit quippy, he's planted the seed) Same as with Venom, (The end credits with Venom are a MUST please please watch them) and remember, some of them have 2 end credits, not just one, if you've not seen both yet. It will definitely all be linked more. Deadpool also hinted at the two Xavier's and it was the younger Xavier we saw in Deadpool 2, and Evan Peter's (Quicksilver) had cameos in that as well, so maybe the younger Xavier? That would make sense. I'd actually recommend the two Venom's as it all links timeline wise too. It'll be interesting to see if Deadpool knows about the Multiverse, hence the different timeline quips (I could be wrong there tbf, its just interesting because we think they are 4th wall breaks, but maybe, just maybe they aren't...) But I do think Deadpool and Venom will be the keys hence Venom is crucial too imo. Just keep thinking ''Multiverse'' it will all get explained, but don't over-think it lol its too easy to do. (No spoilers, just hinting at what we know, a recap as you've both seen Deadpool and why other stuff is a must, especially regarding X-Men and the future of the MCU links)

Peter Maximoff is not the character, or his actor shown in Iron Man 3 and Avengers: Endgame. They are very different characters and actors. It's not Evan Peters in the end of Avengers: Endgame. The actor is Ty Simpkins who plays Harley in Iron Man 3 and Avengers: Endgame. Heidi

one word about the braveness and courage of wolverine. without wolverine making the trip to the future nothing would have been possible. He was the the only one who can bear the pain and survive the trip.

Guys the best scene in this movie was when young Charles xavier meet the old professor X. I wish we all have a chance just once to go back to the past and correct the mistakes we made so our future will be a better one. very emotional scene.

Have you guys watched the Deadpool movies yet? This X-Men reboot had promise but it just lost steam.

All I kept thinking was? Deadpool was right. These timelines are so confusing! But? Seeing them all be brought back by their younger selves thanks to Logan was so epic. There's still a ''Peter Maximoff '' twist iirc, and Evan Peters played the kid at Stark's funeral in End game from Iron man 3 too lol, I liked him as Quicksilver though tbh, but this is definitely up there as one of the best X-Men movies ever made. IMO anyway. New X-men has been mentioned too, it'll be interesting how they do that one - one of my favorite characters, Gambit, who's a main one and good friends with Logan hasn't been in any of them, I hope that's rectified! Neither has Jubilee - Another main character. The 90s X-men cartoon series is worth a watch to get a grip on different X-Men characters, even watching it on your own at some point. Its a great cast and its definitely worth a watch!
