Hereditary (2018) Full Movie Reaction

im with you man, I do not enjoy horror films.

It's not a splatter movie per se, but there are a few scenes that are gory and used to great effect, similar to the beheading scene in Hereditary, if not more drastic. So keep that in mind if you decide to do so. In the end, the focus should be on having fun, so only watch such films if you can get something out of them. Don't feel pushed to it. There is enough good content on your channel.

Thank you for your reaction, which I really enjoyed watching. Hope you are doing well after seeing it. This is Ari Aster's first film to direct and write the screenplay. Due to the success of his debut, a year later he released his second film: Midsommar. If, despite its misery, you were able to somehow enjoy Hereditary and recover from it, then treat yourself to Midsommar. ;) It's not as scary as Hereditary, but a lot weirder, in my opinion. Stay safe!

Sorry but you guys just look so cute when you scrunch up behind your fists. XD In the scene where Peter is getting out of the bed with the broken nose, if you look in the upper left corner you'll see it was the mom that went by sideways in the next scene.

Toni Collette deserved an acting award for her portrayal in this movie. It made my heart sad to see her suffer through everything her mom and the cult did to her.
