Most of this movie actually takes place just BEFORE Infinity War, with the end credit scene taking place right a few days later when Thanos snapped. If you go back and watch the first Ant-Man again, you might notice Janet in the Quantum Realm when Scott went subatomic. She was there - blink and you miss it.
