The Loooooooooong Explanation:
A few months back, my old web-host (who were great, and provided me with an uninterrupted service for 15+ years) were purchased by a larger host. The transfer seemed to happen smoothly... until the old name-servers went down.
This should've been a simple fix, but for some reason, the new company both do and DON'T see my email in their records, I was signed in... but when I tried to update things it wanted me to sign in again, and when I did that, it told me my email wasn't recognized.
Password reset request? Same story. No account with that email address found. Gah!
Support told me to delete my cache and cookies and when I did that... I lost access to everything.
Cue me making a new account (different email address) and opening a bunch of support tickets, and cue them telling me that despite the fact I can verify that I'm the account holder, they can't communicate with me except through their dumb fuggin ticketing system that they only seem to reply to every 48-72 hours.
Sigh.
