Beta-03, Now On Steam!

This fixes all reported issues and the game is in great shape, aside from a few lingering text-to-speech problems I'm looking into and some missing backgrounds.
This time around I'd like to move testing over to Steam, so we can test Steam achievements and other Steam integration features. This will also allow Linux and Mac testing.
For a key, please leave a comment below.
