Satyr's Paradise Update

The first is the background timer that summons the big monster who can chase you between rooms, similar to Mr. X and Nemesis. Right now I'm calling him Pan to match the satyr motif, but it could change in the future. For now when the timer reaches 0 it just gives a small text message to show it did, but once Pan has a model it will allow him to appear in any room large enough to allow him to walk in from offscreen.

Doors are also coded! This is a big step and means we can start connecting rooms and building explorable areas!

Yeah, it's all early test assets so stuff looks a bit wonky. The model is being replaced ASAP.
