A couple reward ideas

For 5 dollars and up, at the end of the month we can do a discussion on things you guys would like to see next month. It could be on something like discord to make it easy.
And for 10 dollars and up, I was thinking a chance for one on one conversations about what you wanna see in the future.
What do you guys think, is this a good replacement?

So you think a different kind for higher ups? 3$ supporters already get polls so I'd have to make them sufficiently different.
