He was the married senior in ep4, who they met at the park making all those homophobic remarks at Go Young and Mr Rockfish (Sorry I always forget his name for some reason)… 😵💫… hehe

I don't think he was expecting SuHyeon to show up (since DaOn called him by mistake). He's manipulating DaOn so he can stay by his side and control him. He's truly a sociopath.
