2024-01-16 23:23:04 +0000 UTCI think for me I'd prefer him either not getting his eyesight back or only get back to the sight he had in the first episode. Just to keep the integrity of the message I think the show's been trying to send. What helps me is that Day came to a place of acceptance already. This surgery came afterwards and it might not be successful or not as successful as the characters were hoping for. I do understand the feeling of not being comfortable with rooting against Day getting his full eyesight back. Since he's ficitonal though I don't struggle with that really.
