The pen is finally revealed! I really thought it was interesting that they saved the reveal that Jongchan and Yusung used to date until this episode since it was revealed early on in the manhwa. But it does make the story of the pen a much bigger reveal so I thought that was an interesting change!

They also made a small change about Seung Hyun not knowing Yusung was buying a gift for a new lover and going into it thinking it was for him! In the manhwa, he went into it knowing Yusung needed help choosing a gift for his new love interest, even though it broke his heart to do it He always knew Yusung was going in and out of relationships so he was used to it.

But the way they did it in the show made the whole experience such a bigger gut punch because he got his hopes up that Yusung was buying the pen for him. Another great change!

Overall enjoying the show a lot, but I definitely am seeing how non-manhwa readers might feel like they're missing some context.
