Asagi VS slime

After finishing her mission, Asagi set off on her way back to the city. Suddenly, a faint rustling sound came from the bushes. Asagi stopped, alert, and quietly drew her sword. The sound grew closer, and then a small blue figure jumped out—a transparent, cute slime, gleaming under the moonlight like a translucent jelly.
"Hmm? Just you, huh..." Asagi relaxed a little and sheathed her sword again.

The slime hopped over to her, gently brushing against her boot with its soft body, as if greeting her. As she looked down, more similar sounds began to emerge from the surrounding bushes. One, two, three… more blue slimes kept appearing from the grass.

Each one gleamed with a clear blue light, like tiny creatures made from moonlight. They slowly approached Asagi, forming a circle, gently bouncing up and down, making crisp "pop pop" sounds, as though they were holding a small gathering.

"All of them are blue..." Asagi murmured, her initial wariness fading, replaced by a faint smile. Despite their large numbers, the slimes appeared innocent and harmless.

However, she soon realized that things were not as simple as they seemed. Although the slimes appeared to be lightly bouncing around her in a circle, their movements became more synchronized, and the circle gradually began to tighten.

She tried to move, but found herself stuck by the slimes. Their soft yet resilient touch was like thick glue, slowing her movements.

At that moment, the slimes suddenly changed their behavior. They extended slimy tentacles from their soft bodies, quickly and flexibly lunging toward her. Countless cold tendrils surged from all directions, swirling around her body, searching for any gaps to invade.

Asagi swiftly swung her sword, trying to sever the tendrils. However, every time the blade passed through them, the tendrils would turn into liquid, only to reform again, rendering her counterattack ineffective.

She sprinted deep into the forest, nimbly weaving through the trees, gradually increasing the distance between herself and the slimes. However, just as she thought she had escaped, the ground suddenly trembled violently, and a massive slime emerged from the earth. Its entire body gleamed with a deep blue light, and it stretched out thick tendrils that swiftly wrapped around Asagi, pulling her completely into its body.
