I love how determined Ava looks here, especially when compared to the previous two panels, because that moment when her soul was fading away and she decided to make the pact was the first and one of the only times so far that we've seen Ava actively choose and go after what she wants for her life rather than just reacting to the world around her. We've only seen it a few times, but a fire burns strong under Ava's timid exterior (not talking about Wrathia), and I hope we get to see that flame grow brighter and brighter as the story progresses
