Attacks of anxiety can easily occur if you spend too much time at home. I understand that in this state you want to lie constantly. But try to force yourself to get outside. For example walk in the park. This will help you to survive the anxiety faster.

The first one is adorable and the second one has a spooky feel to it that this kind of minimalistic approach actually contributes to. I don't know what your original plan for it was, but aside from maybe colouring the horns I really like it the way it is. That bleached-out look reminds me of a number of the creature designs from the 2nd Hellboy movie. Anyway. Hope you're able to unwind somehow. We've all got your back. Do what you need to in order to take care of yourself!

The second picture with the maze and lock on Ava's chest is an incredible piece of artwork. You have a rare and original talent Michelle which is why I keep coming back for more. BUT as much as I love seeing your work I would hate the think that the cost of creating it is further damage to your mental well being. Take all the time you need to rest and recover and only come back to us with new artwork once you are well again.

anxiety is the fear of something going wrong, a good way to handle it is to acknowledge something could go wrong, and it would be ok if it did. Btw I Iike the bone white color of the bottom one. With some harsher gray and a small amount of aves normal red it could look like a Ava made of ash. kind of a cool idea.
