Exciting Update for this week
Added 2024-10-15 09:39:35 +0000 UTCHey everyone, other than a Taskmaster episode I've already recorded, there likely wont be any uploads over the next 2 days because I was cast as an extra in a TV Show, and today was my first day, it could have been my only day but i've been asked to come back for 2 more days of shooting.
2 very loooooooooong and hot days of shooting, plus 2 hours of commute, so I am probably going to be pretty tuckered out the next 2 days.
But fortunately What We Do In The Shadows, Ghosts and my movies are well and truly ahead. Taskmaster will also stay on schedule but be a couple of days before anything else goes up.
Exciting times, I had a great day (other than the storm that came through with a vengeance at the end of the day), I get to walk past the 2 main characters of the show and I cheered a Hemsworth!
I am really happy i get to share this kind of news with you all, because I've been discussing for months now that October was going to be a big change in my career with stepping away from office work, and scoring acting roles is also a part of my plan (I learned SO much just being on set and watching how they shoot a professional TV production)
Anyway, hope you guys are all well and I cant wait to react to this episode on Patreon in the future

That's so exciting to hear! I'd love a video about your experience sometime perhaps in the future? I've never been an extra, but have a random filming story! Years ago I left my uni in London late one evening and there was unseasonably heavy fog - a real "pea souper". Super strange as it had been incredibly mild during the day, barely even cloudy, but I just chalked it up to typical English weather and decided to enjoy walking to the station with everything looking downright Dickensian! Then I saw massive flood lights illumining the square. So I squinted to try and see what was going on. ...and then I saw Will Ferrell lol. It was only after that that I started spotting the big yellow signs saying that filming was taking place, and realised the fog was entirely man-made π not sure what film it was, but this would've been around 2016/17, and they were all dressed up in Victorian garb.
