I love that you don't seem too annoyed by Holt's demotion and think it'll actually be good for him. I've always felt the same. Like, it pisses me of in the sense of knowing it was a power play with Wuntch and all that, but like, if he didn't complete the amount of time he was supposed to as a Uniformed Officer then I guess it is kinda only fair that he has to do so now. Plus, like you said, normal human interaction might be good for him! I also love that reveal that Jake and Wuntch had their own plan going on the whole time.

From what I know, the writers hadn't done it intentionally or anything, it just naturally happened that way. But yeah, that was a whole thing. 🤣
